Where we expect fewer than ten sales over the next three years, the neighbourhood is free in every market we're live in. No card required, no seat limit, no exclusive lock, and the same package as a paid seat. Check the map before you assume yours costs anything.
If a free neighbourhood picks up and crosses that threshold, it moves to paid pricing. That means you've spent your time building presence in an area that just got busy. We don't send a notice, so it's worth checking the map.

What sets the price
Two things: how many doors the neighbourhood holds, and how many of them our model says are likely to sell soon. More opportunity costs more. A quiet street costs less. A paid neighbourhood is never under $295 and never over $995 for a three-month lease.

Lease one seat and at most one other agent can lease the second. You're never in a crowd, but you might not be alone either.
The lock takes both seats
Pay the seat price plus 60% and both seats are yours. No other agent can lease into the neighbourhood for as long as you keep renewing.
Lock now or upgrade later
Lock at signup, or upgrade from your dashboard while the second seat is still open. Once a competitor takes it, the lock is off the table until their lease lapses.
Yours as long as you renew
The lock renews with your three-month lease, automatically. Keep renewing and the neighbourhood stays yours. Let it lapse and both seats go back on the map.
