That is deliberate. It keeps farmPogo outside MLS and CREA licensing and board data-use rules, which means whether you can use it does not depend on what your board's data policy allows.
No, never. We do not call, email, text, or mail anyone in your neighbourhood, and there is no automated outreach of any kind. We give you the rankings, the signals and the reports. Every piece of contact with a homeowner is yours, under your own name, licence and brokerage.
Here is plainly what the product does and does not do, so you can judge it. It uses public records only. A score is a function of the house and where it sits: property attributes, the sales history of the area, permits, planning applications. No input is keyed to a person.
